I want to get my teaching certificate. I already have a bachelors degree in sociology. No school around me offers just a ‘teaching certificate’, I would have to get a second bachelors degree that would take close to 2 years! I’m an adult with a mortgage, that just seems impossible. Are online degrees comparable?
Is an online Bachelors degree going to be worth just as much as a traditional degree?

When a potential employer goes over my resume, is he/she gonna have a stack of online degree holders and a stack of “real” degree holders? I’d hate to spend all the time and money, only to find that my degree won’t hold up against someone with a brick and mortar degree.
