I was thinking of going to graduate school for a masters, but I’d also like another Bachelor’s degree at the same time. Is this allowed? I will be pursuing a Master’s in Biochemistry. I want a degree in Fine Arts. Don’t I need prerequisites to do another discipline in graduate school?

I am trying to apply for a phd program in the DC metro area. But I only have a bachelors in business and IT. I am looking to get a phd in any area that is easy to get into without taking a masters. It has to be a part time phd program. Any suggestions?
