I complete an online degree with a reputable school and a potential employer attempts to verify completion. Will the school acknowledge that the degee was completed online if asked?

I keep getting all these e-mails for an on-line associates degree for medical transcription and other careers in the healthcare field, I have been tempted to do it but I wanted to know how employers view an online education versus going to the tech/trade school, is the degree online just as valid

I want to get my teaching certificate. I already have a bachelors degree in sociology. No school around me offers just a ‘teaching certificate’, I would have to get a second bachelors degree that would take close to 2 years! I’m an adult with a mortgage, that just seems impossible. Are online degrees comparable?

I am getting my high school diploma online with PennFoster. I want to know it is accredited, I have searched and researched everywhere but I’m not quite satisfied. Is there anyone who KNOWS anything about it? Am I qualified to get a job with my high school diploma? Who accepts it? How do you know?
