Bachelors from online university, but Masters is from onsite institution, will major employers consider me?

Bachelors in Management with emphasis on marketing obtained online. But if I get my MBA from a regular university, would I have a chance with major marketing firms? Would my MBA be looked at favorably even though my bachelors was through an online school? Thanks in advance.
