I heard in Europe, and Canada college is free. I was wondering if there were accredited online colleges/ universities I can enroll in and not have to pay tuition; and that the degree will be valid in USA.

Nothing is free. In countries that offer students higher education without direct cost to the student, that education is paid by taxpayers. In some of those countries the taxes are A LOT higher than here in the US. They still pay for the education, it’s just a matter of whether they pay up-front as tuition or later as taxes on their income. Their parents contributed a lifetime of tax revenue to pay for that education for them.
Since you probably don’t contribute to the taxes in any of those countries, they’d expect you to pay your own way up-front.
It’s also not as simple as “free for everyone”. Generally speaking, if you’re the sort of academic/student that would get your education funded in those countries then you’d also be funded well in the US. In most other countries they don’t subscribe to our ideal that “everyone deserves a chance to go to college”. In those countries, if you’ve not proven your academic ability and potential before university, you get to go find a job instead.

I second what CoachT has already said.
It’s like lower level schooling in the US. You attend the school closest to you since you local tax money does there. You will not be allowed to attend a school that is better but is not in your district since your tax dollars do not go there, and if you are found out, you end up paying the hefty tuition bill. You can’t go take advantage of others tax dollars if you’ve never contributed yourself.

Each school has its own rules about it. You can compare their rules and students feedback here – edu.2kool4u.net

Nothing comes for free they will take it from you one way or the other. Just think if they are giving you for free then what will be the quality of education. Moreover why you want to go out of country and study online when you know level and quality of education US provides is always the best. So study well at your home why go out and waste your valuable money.
